At HKGBALLBOOT, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your football boots within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your boots are in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact; items used on-pitch cannot be returned.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the product to initiate the return process.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Once approved, securely pack the items and ship them back to our Hong Kong warehouse using a tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement size within 5-7 business days.
